I called Mr Grajek about a charge I was facing late in the day and he called me back promptly and discussed my case and was very reasonable with his fee! Although my family ended up going with someone else for my case I do appreciate the time Mr Grajek took to call me back! Keep up the good work Mr Grajek :)

I was referred to Thomas Grajek by another attorney who was unable to take my case. He told me He was the best and He delivered on that reputation for me today! This was my first and hopefully only time going to trial and the process is nerve wracking within itself, however Thomas Grajek gave me the confidence to stand tall and fight! He was highly knowledgeable, fierce and ready to stand up to any and everyone in court to get justice on my behalf! My experience with this Lawer was not the most pleasant and this is the reason. 1 when we first spoke about my case he offered me the dismissal and the removal or Expunge of my case from the public records and he knew that I have a other case close in other county and he told me that was not problem. Result I just got the dismissal of my case. 2 this case took so long because he forgot/lost my documents so I have to retake my finger print. Money and time wasted. 3 sometime I felt that he has an actitud against me but I was maybe is just me. Until I ask him by email for an update and I got this response. Super disappointed. He charged me 3,000 for the dismissal of a misdemeanor and no expungement. So 3,000 for a haft way job and almost 1 year and 3 months of time.

My mom called for me, he screamed and yelled at her. He kept interrupting her and told her "Do you feel the need to tell me something that make this more accurate" 10/10 do not recommend! All information that was needed to see if this attorney would take the case was provided. There was nothing that was not said on our end.

Mr. Grajek is an astounding attorney. This man was a true warrior for me as a client, he came prepared for battle in the courtroom and ultimately he won me the case. I felt hopeless prior to the trial because it seemed like many of the factors involved were not in my favor, but Mr. Grajek cross-examined the witnesses, poked holes in the case, and showed the jury the truth of the matter and pulled off a “Not Guilty” verdict for me. In all honesty, I would never go with another attorney if I were ever in another situation where an attorney was needed. This is not a “paid-promotion”, I was a client and this man approached my case fairly and honestly and helped me navigate through the waters. His prices were comparable to others in the same line of work, but when I saw this man in trial I knew that he was a cut-above the rest. Thank you again Mr. Grajek.

Mr. Grajek is the most elite, educated, confident, optimistic, and savvy attorney that I have encountered thus far. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Grajek represent/defend me in a quite challenging/peculiar DUI trial case in which he showcased his expertise. I fell asleep at a McDonald's drive-through window in my vehicle, in which I was wrongfully perceived as under the influence of alcohol when, in fact, I had succumbed to immense sleep deprivation due to the nature of my nightlife job. I had a few bottles of alcohol in the vehicle that were gifted to me by my boss from a bartending gig earlier that day. The officers assumed that I was intoxicated when they saw the bottles in my vehicle and assumed I was drunk when I was genuinely exhausted. Grajek proved my innocence in a county (Polk) despite its very high DUI conviction rate. He reviewed my case and immediately saw potential, whereas two previous attorneys flat out informed me I would be wasting my time and efforts. One of them even said it was pointless to take it to trial, leaving me hopeless and defeated. I wanted someone to see my perspective, to listen to my story, and give me a fair fighting chance to be heard. Grajek made it happen. Throughout the case, he was always responsive via text/call, provided accurate advice, and offered encouraging words. The verdict of my DUI case was "not guilty," and the outcome for the other case he is currently representing me in (driving knowingly on a suspended license) is also very promising. I advise that his pricing may be higher than others (you get what you pay for, lol), but I assure you it is worth every red cent, especially if you want an experienced attorney who knows what the hell he is doing, is very responsive in communication, optimistic, and will actually fight for your freedom instead of just taking your money and leaving you for the wolves to feast on, like so many others in this city/county/state.
