My mom had a bad accident and hired Ms Lopez. Her insurance wasn't covering her medical bills and the person who hit her had insurance, but they were giving her the "run around" Ms Lopez was extremely compassionate and contacted us regularly to give updates. She got the ball rolling right away and my mom got medical care right away!
