Unprofessional. I had to call them twice after filling out an inquiry online. They sent me a text right after I called saying sorry we missed your call. Call back again with misspelled words. Tacky!

I was referred to Mr Dezayas by the Florida Bar association for a very personal case. I called the office and told them of the referral and explained my case with the assurance that I would be contacted. It has now been more than a week and not even an email. I guess that means the referral process is pretty much worthless if this is the end result. I'll spend my hard earned money on companies that appreciate my business and are more deserving.
