Can’t ever get ahold of these people and I have an active case with them

I have been told for the past 4 weeks by Bruno and Brenda that our tenant is in the process of being served. Very disappointing, no communication or return call unless we call daily. I need this to be handled as you were contracted to do so. I would love to discuss this further.
