My experience with Mr Peddy and Staff for 50/50 custody of my child has been Amazing. Mr Peddy and his team handled my case with such professionalism and care. Everyone was very understanding of my goals and worked very hard to see that I would gain joint custody and the out come came in my favor.I highly recommend them for any legal matters you may have. Custody cases and ex spouses can be extremely difficult to say the least. Robert Peddy, Trish Alderman and their staff are amazing and have their heads on right (even when you don't-which can happen in the midst of such emotional chaos). Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees but, Peddy CAN! We sometimes couldn't see how things would turn out well many times over because we were attacked with malicious lies and motion after motion of nonsense. Peddy just smiled and said, "here's what we are going to do... what do you think?" He always gave suggestions, asked what we wanted in the end and worked to achieve a well balanced ending EVERY TIME. He is well versed in law, socially engaged and respected by his peers as well as his judicial superiors. Peddy KNOWS family law and that is what you want when you are in the ring... not someone who says they have experience but someone who actually DOES. We wouldn't suggest any other family lawyer to anyone- only Robert Peddy, Jr. We trust him implicitly!

Robert Peddy is the best attorney hands down! His staff is amazing! My case was twisted and complicated filled with lies. He took the time to listen to me. (This was AFTER I used two attorney’s that did not care about my case but most certainly took my money and did absolutely nothing). I was able to take care of my children and focus on my job while Robert Peddy and his staff took care of my case. If I had a concern, they would take my call and listen, give me an answer or get back with me. Ultimately, he walked into court and did what does best and had my charges dropped, my family stayed together and my sanity stayed intact. This office is a God send. I hired Robert in the beginning of 2018 to file for a divorce and in hopes of Sole custody which is typically almost impossible. I knew I was up against a monster (former ex husband) with his narcissistic ways. Fortunately Robert was just the right person for the job and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. I had relocated back to my home state with the intention of bringing my son with me. I honestly believe that if you are truly in the right, willing to be honest and do your homework, Mr. Peddy will find a way to get you what you deserve. I strongly recommend Mr. Peddy to anyone who is presented with a difficult case. The fact that my son was allowed to relocate out of state and that I was awarded the majority of time-sharing, says more than anything else I can say. He and his staff orchestrated the process magnificently.

When you start the process of divorce, you always hope for the best and trust that things like communication and co-parenting will be seamless and easy, especially for the sake of the children. Its not until you realize that divorce and co-parenting is one of the most difficult things you can encounter as a parent, and that even in the most ideal situations, you WILL need a legal advocate – not simply an attorney. Robert has not only been my legal representative, but he and Trish have been the reassuring voice and guidance that I needed when I faced some of my worst days as a divorced father. As he promised over eight years ago during our first consultation, I now have primary custody of both of my children. I could not have done it without Mr. Peddy and his legal team.
