Our adoption journey was long and complicated, but then we met Susan and Janet who went out of their way to help us and now we have the family of our dreams. We can’t say enough about their expertise, sincerity, empathy, and knowledge of the adoption process. We highly recommend them!

Susan and Janet were both VERY helpful, kind and caring...making this process very easy and pleasant. We did our finalization through Zoom, which was fantastic! The judge was super nice, friendly and spoke to each person on the zoom meeting. During the zoom meeting Susan was very supportive, helped facilitate the meeting and kept us all on track. I would definitely recommend her firm. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

We hired Susan to help us with the adoption of our grandson, we are the paternal grandparents. From our first consultation thru the end of the adoption Susan was a phone call or email away. She made it clear that she was here to help us in anyway possible. She did that, always making sure we understood what she was saying and answering endless questions with honesty and professionalism. We came to Susan without knowing what the outcome of our situation would be. We had doors closed in our faces and we almost gave up hope that my husband would be able to adopt my son. Susan heard our story and told us the TRUTH. She didn’t try to cut corners or tell me it was a lost cause. She gave me hope and she filled our hearts with joy! Susan handled all the details of a rather complicated adult adoption so that my daughter (whom I adopted many years ago in Russia) could be adopted by my husband. There were so many complications, but Susan and her staff did a great job navigating and guiding us all along the way. Happy Endings for us all the way!

Susan did an excellent job in helping me adopt my daughter. I had 48 hour notice I was going to be a mom. Susan dived right in and got everything done quickly. She also provided me with much needed baby gear for our stay in Florida!

Susan Stockham and her Legal Assistant (Janet is amazing) are top notch professionals. I would definitely hire her again. The adoption process was a very smooth process. I am particularly thankful for the wording used in the Final Judgement of Adoption decree, including that, in addition to the natural parents relationship being validly terminated but that also the relatives of the said natural parents were validly terminated as well. I was able to choose the day for my Final Hearing of Adoption actually being given a list of dates to choose from. And I should add that all this was done during the pandemic Covid-19 crisis. It was a beautiful experience before the Honorable Judge and she stated everything appeared to be in order and granted the adoption. And that is what you want to hear!

We worked with Susan to help with the adoption of our baby girl. From start to finish, Susan and Janet were always available, responded quickly, provided detailed information, and always ensured there were no questions or concerns along the way. They became family through the process. We found her fees and expenses to beyond fair (especially for the level of service they provided). She did an excellent job! I talked to both Susan and her assistant alot. We were adopting our niece with the biological moms approval. It should of been a simple task but we ran into a couple of bumps in the road, thanks to the biological dad who has never been in the picture. Between Susan and her awesome assistant, they gave us lots of updates, information, and assurances that they were doing everything they could to help us out. The adoption process is stressful and can be scary if your having to fight another for custody. But having Susan and her assistant made things alot easier. I would definitely recommend using them for your service needs! Thanks again you guys are awesome!
