I hired Neil to assist me in petitioning the court seeking guardianship of my mother. Neil did an excellent job in representing me throughout the process. More importantly, Neil explained the process, the milestones, the possible roadblocks, and how we would handle them. After successfully being appointed guardian, Neil assisted me with filing the initial inventory and plan. Finally, he represented me in an unlawful detainer action to remove a dead-beat relative from my mother's house. Excellent work, excellent counsel, excellent advice.

The entire firm of Luhrsen Goldberg LLC are incredible! After a scary time of being injured in an auto accident, they were kind and patient, helping me through every step. I had Neil Lyons help me with a guardianship situation that I had been to three attorneys before him. They all told me it was complicated and would take a while.
