I had a possible case with the FL BOH 2 years ago. Her fee with Chapman Law Group was on par with all others at 5k to start. I sent retainer of $2500., with agreement to send balance in 1 month . Only spoke with her once briefly to discuss her fee. She charges BY THE MINUTE, and was only ever to get through to receptionist or assistant. I hired Meghan Blancho instead, who had free, lengthy consult, and returned my calls personally within hours. Sara B got very irate when I informed her I had hired another, and no longer required her services. I did not expect a refund, but at this point she had done NOTHING. She sent me a false statement, outlining expenses that far exceeded the $2500. I had paid. Mind you, there was no charge against me at that point, she had sent no letters, Nothing but initial consult. Horrible, degrading attitude. Charged me for her time consulting senior lawyers in her group (I doubt it bc there was no case at this time) STAY AWAY FROM CHAPMAN LAW, ESPECIALLY SARA BAZZIGALUPI!!!!
