Please be aware of Ryan Shipp, he starts out great but he will leave you hanging once he sees the case requires work to Win. He will always bill you first and then return your call whenever it is suits him best. Additionally , he may claim his firm is going through a rough time to explain why he needs payments with ( staff overhead, payments and etc.) First before real tangible results are made. Yet he doesn’t need to drive to Court questioning the rates incurred on the invoices which you will get if you mistakenly decide to hire when other Lawyers can provide Value with a lot less headaches and get the Job done. In the Real estate Industry he is not a Closer as his business claims, for simple things he is mediocre at best , for more Intricate Real Estate issues please save your money and look elsewhere. The location of his firm tells you a lot. A client needs to be able to trust his lawyer and his lawyer needs to do everything he can for his client. You will not get that here. He will say whatever to charge you , and has a script full excuses at the ready not IF, but WHEN He fails to deliver. He lacks the Power and Skills of a Real Lawyer , he is good for the smallest cases but not the Big Boy Cases. He has a Pattern of History that excuses and failure , yet takes your money without any effective results. Great website , but that’s all about it.
