Brian is a champ and a great South Florida eviction lawyer. He helped out a client of mine in a pinch. He was superlatively professional, courteous, helpful, and got the client the best available outcome on extremely short notice. It’s always a pleasure to find a colleague who is willing to jump in when your own expertise fails. I’ll be sending all of my clients LL/T issues to him from now on.

Highway robbery. I enquired on price for buyers protection on closing on a house in Lakeworth Florida and got an outrageous rate of $1,800 for minimal services of representing me, the buyer, and overlooking the closing process. Even NY doesn't charge this much. The usual rate for these type of services is about $600 TOTAL! If you like wasting money, this firm is for you. My husband works really hard for ours to give it someone who hasn't earned it, even when I was working, before my son came into the picture, I still wouldn't have agreed to someone robbing me of my money. Shop around don't settle for their "assistance " aka robbery. Maybe they seen a NY number and seen a sucker and$$$ signs, I don't know. What I do know I am definitely not a sucker and would never do business with this firm.

Ryan (lawyer)and His team (Jonathan ) are the best. They are very fast and very responsive on my eviction case I try to evict the tenant. I have a very difficult case but Ryan and his team are so patients and helpful. They are on my side and helping to the end until I got my property back. I am very appreciated and grateful for how hard they try to help me. The fees also very reasonable. I will recommend Ryan and his team to everyone I know. Thank you so much again.
