Joe Perlman is the first attorney I really trust. His depth of knowledge in both real estate and business law is unmatched. You will find Joe to be personable and reachable, even returning emails at night and weekends, you always know what is going on with your case. I have refereed several friends to Joe and each one has reported back the same positive experience. Mr. Perlman knows his stuff and does his homework. He is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. He keeps me well informed every step of the way and personally speaks to me. He is NOT one of those attorney's who has his assistant speak to his clients for him. He personally gets on the phone, returns my calls and/or e-mails in a very timely manner.
