I had my trust deed recorded, Changing it from my name into the trust. It was fairly easy with the quit claim deed but I was lucky because it was done within the time frame allowed. I was not told at the time the trust was made that there was active frame to change the deed

Not helpful especially when we have been dealing with the death of both parents. They are disorganized and only want to be paid more before providing information on estate planning that they already were paid to handle
