What impressed me most in addition to having incredible knowledge is her kindness, empathy, and willingness to help. She has gone above and beyond any expectation I could have had. My wife and I had a variety of legal needs, and Diana and her team worked very hard to guide us through the process of getting all our necessary documents in order. Diana especially bent over backwards in assisting us and patiently working through our confused mess. She developed a Supplemental Needs Trust for us, which required a great deal of time and research, as well as updated a previously devised revocable trust. She prepared our Enhanced General Durable Power of Attorney documents and our Health Care Surrogate and Advance Directives.
