My firm specializes in business brokerage and we often need to recommend an attorney to represent a business seller or a business buyer in a transaction. Steve is very knowledgeable; he has a method of simplifying complex legal information into concepts average people can digest. He understands what areas he works best in and sticks to his strengths. He is a man of his word and has a team that supports his efforts.

Steve has been my attorney for 10 years. He has always been honest, upfront, and to the point. He is the guy you want at the table to get the deal done, or to negotiate a breach of contract. I think we have done almost everything that I could not have imagined before I met Steve. Sold business, Bought Note, Sued on Breach of Contract, Created Companies, Bought Properties, Sold Properties, Negotiated contracts, etc.

His office staff is friendly at first, but if you have something that is an ongoing issue and you have to call often, they become rude. His secretarty "snapped" at me SEVERAL times. He seems to have become bored with our case and doesn't return calls or emails. He's patronizing. Can't say he's a go getter for my case. I think my issue would have ended quicker if he'd have been more attentive. Should have fired him and found a new attorney. I don't usually write reviews and hate to write a bad one,but this was such a bad experience. He even recommened an attorney to a friend of mine and THAT attorney was horrible.
