I’m very pleased with the advice I received from Ms Fisher. I got peace of mind after consulting with her.

Jody did an outstanding job in helping me through a very difficult time. She calmed me down when things got crazy and responded to my questions quickly. She provided me with options and suggestions on how to deal with the situation and basically held my hand while we worked through it. I felt very comfortable with her and felt confident that she knew what she was doing, knew what was going to happen next and how to avoid issues, mistakes and expense. I believe that I made a very good choice in choosing Jody to represent me. She was just what and who I needed.

Was a good divorce attorney, but when another issue came up, i couldn't get the respect of a call back. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Quite simply, in my opinion...THE WORST Attorney I have ever worked with...EVER!!! Her assistant said she had called and called and called to locate the EMS Report for me...."couldn't find it anywhere "she said. I called the local EMS office in Sumter Landing...they referred me to their office in Bushnell... I had the document in FIVE minutes!! WORST of all is that I NEVER had a summary meeting before going to court. I had asked her assistant what this appearance was for, what was I to expect....she said "just a summary review to let you know where the Court's progress is. NO...It was my pleading trial appearance!!! I met with Jody 3 minutes before court was in session...she said I had 3 options...guilty, innocent, or throw myself on the mercy of the court , and beg the Judge for leniancy. She left out one VERY IMPORTANT option...a continuance!! So, I had to plead guilty...I didn't find out that a continuance was an option until the next person's Attorney asked for one from the Judge, and was immediately granted. I didnt' see any interviews, any depositions...that she said was why the $3,000 as a part of. I NEVER saw an interview, the police officers records to see if there was another incident of police misconduct in a prior arrest. A far as I am able to see...she took the $3,000 and was gonna teach me that if you ask for a flat rate, you get a FLAT defense! That is my opinion and I STAND BY IT!! I am pursuing a number of agencies...including The Bar to review her conduct and her representation. These are strictly MY opinions based on my experience with her. Suffice to say... I am going to shine some sunlight on how things were handled on my case. One last experience with Jody...I needed her to assist with an early termination of probation. Because of a simple comment about not upsetting the Probation Officer... she told me I could do it myself and ABANDONED me. You CAN'T request an early termination without an Attonrney!! I have requested a VERY comprehensive request for copies of ALL my cases notes, phone calls, interviews, depositions and even Post It Notes that were documentation of the time and work that went into building my defense. No reply yet, but I did receive the notification that they did sign for the request. Jody's inter-action has made this FAR WORSE for me. Like I said...these are my opinions and feelings. I just wanted an attorney that would have been in my corner. In my experience and interaction with Jody was NOT what I expected and I would NEVER choose to use her again. Whether or not you choose to use her is entirely up to you. I see that she has many, many favorable reviews...Believe me, I wish I was here to write a glowing review TOO. Sadly, I cannot.

Amazing Paralegal!

Mrs. Fisher was amazing she is caring and knows her stuff . She helped me so much. Everyone there was really amazing . I definitely would recommend her to anyone.

Jody is amazing was very helpful got me everything I asked for . Her office is clean and everyone who works there is excellent. I recommend her for everyone.

Made my bad divorce easy and quick. Great place.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with this attorney. I was on opposing side. My ex wife used her for our divorce. I feel sorry for her wasting her money on this attorney. In the end I ended up with everything. FISHER LAW will take you're money and drag their feet worst attorney I have ever seen still allowed to practice law. So if you want to waste money this is you're attorney!

Jody and her team was very Helpful with getting me everyone want and need for my divorce !! She is professional women carries herself with class as well as she knows what she is doing !! She has a very nice call back time and makes you feel special and Listens to you !!!!!!!! Made me feel very welcome the minute I walked into the office !! Office staff was very nice and personal and was very caring . Office was clean and very nice great areas as well !!
