Jody has helped my family and I through many tough situations over the years. Divorces, speeding tickets, guidance on estate issues. She’s very professional and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of an attorney. If she is unable to help, she will direct you to someone who can.

Everyone is so helpful and courteous. Jody is wonderful. She got me more than I could have hoped for. The staff gets back to you with information promptly. I had a very favorable experience with this law office. I highly recommend them.

Although it took a few years for my case to be resolved and it cost me a small fortune, I believe that I made the right choice in selecting the Law Office of Jody Fisher for the purpose of retaining alimony payments. I only wish that mediation could have been avoided as that was a waste of time and money.

As a child going through a nasty divorce, she was not only an advocate for me as a child but also never stopped fighting for us when we had no voice. Literally out of my 30 years of life I’ve never been scammed harder been with them for almost two years and have shelled out my life savings for them to get nothing done! I’m still married to a person that I’ve been separated from for almost 3 years based off them trying to make me go to mediation of 4 separate accusations just to get nothing done and waste my hard earned money and them blowing steam up my butt saying it would be over if I just did this one more thing, Never communicated how much I was being charged for things for months then boom slap me with a 7k bill then would say if we are pulling our services if you don’t pay this by the end of the day and using my emotional from the situation in order to manipulate my self into feeding them more dollars trust me the biggest crock and scam in leesburg Florida truly saddens me they don’t care about the child involved in the situation but just dragging it out and getting money for no work besides shuffling around some paper work I can do on my own if I could leave zero stars I would

I am posting another public review on Jody Foster and her mistreatment of her clients. Read through her reviews and you will see that our experience is not unique. Ms. Foster and her office assistant were contacted week after week for 3 months to refund an 1800 dollar credit back after the divorce proceedings concluded. This refund was confirmed by her office on several occasions but we could not get her to issue the payment. Ms Foster has now , after not issuing the credit , has tried to extend emails and justify billable time. She has fabricated reasons in order to take even more money. Even after following her instructions on the conclusion of this case, because she didn’t want to refund the money she has tried to mislead us into believing there is now some other task that she should bill for. She has no problem running over her clients and no desire to sincerely look out for her customer and their needs. We are now filing complaints with the state bar association and consulting with an arbitration lawyer to help us pursue Ms Foster’s mishandling of our case . Do not use her to represent you in any matter . She will mislead, and fabricate reasons to extend billing.

I could not have been more satisfied with the law office as a whole. Jody is excellent at what she does. I'm a father and she got me the best possible results! Thanks so much Jody!

We used Jody as our lawyer for a divorce. After paying all her fees and depositing more money every time we were asked, she has repeatedly (almost 90 days ) refused to address the refund she and her office owes. We have been told over and over that she will get to it. Her and her office manager have made excuse after excuse . I do not recommend her services .

I have been trying to finalize my account to receive a final bill and hopefully a refund since August 2023. To date this simple action has not been accomplished.
