Jennifer was extremely helpful during the probate process by keeping me and my daughter informed throughout the case and made sure to address any concerns we had. Our case was unnecessarily lengthy and Jennifer was direct and diligent when communicating with opposing council. We felt assured that she had our best interests in mind.

During those difficult, painful and stressful times when the situation was very uncertain.... with all the delays from the opposing party, having Jennifer, together with Brenna made a big difference in my case. Jennifer was not the first lawyer i worked with on this matter, but she was the final call I made. I don't claim to know the law but I know when people are pulling my chain. there were few who just keep the meter running and no results. NOT Jennifer, Wow what a difference, she explains everything and listens, she helped me understand what WE are doing. it was extremely difficult for me I could not believe, what I felt was corruption of the law. she was a fighter and a pleasure to have on my team She works incredibly hard, she got results good or bad she is not wasting my time or money. Jennifer is so prudent and efficient after two discussions she agreed to a consultation to scope the challenge. I then brought her on to represent me and it turned out to be a life changing move had I try to resolve my issue on an I'll advised basis just whithin my family. Her intuition , preparation , analysis and conviction keeps you on your toes as she navigates the complex dynamics of a case and magically makes it more simple. She was rarely wrong however when challenged she listens and will use your input if you're on point. I needed a lawyer to handle the probate of a friend who passed suddenly. I found Jennifer on the Internet, and when I called, Jennifer immediately got on phone and clearly explained the process. After contacting other lawyers, some of whom took a week to return my call, I decided on Jennifer and am so glad I did. Jennifer involved me throughout the process, something which fit my personality and kept costs down. I had to have an out-of-state lawyer to handle the ancillary probate, and Jennifer far outshined that lawyer, who happened to be the one that originally wrote the will. Jennifer was always accessible, knew the answers to my questions right away, and listened to and understood my concerns. Jennifer knows how to get things done and does so in a compassionate manner.

Jennifer has successfully litigated a complex case involving my elderly brother who was exploited by unscrupulous individuals taking advantage of him financially and neglecting his health until he became disabled. Because of his disability, I became his court appointed guardian. As such, I closely interacted with Jennifer over a 6-month period until successful resolution of the case. My brother was a victim of a “marriage of convenience “to a woman, 40 years his junior, whose sole purpose was to obtain legal status and steal his assets. This was a difficult and complicated case because it involved elder abuse by greedy and inconsiderate individuals with suspected ties to organized crime. They hired prominent high-priced attorneys to defend their case using lies, deception and disregard for the courts causing unnecessary postponements and delays. However, Jennifer would have none of it as she doggedly pursued our case doing extensive research uncovering unsavory past of the perpetrators. With this information in hand, Jennifer was able to gain an upper hand and make the perpetrators comply with our demands. It was a great relief for our family that Jennifer was able to recover some of the stolen assets and successfully annul the marriage. While Jennifer has a pleasant personality, she is a hard working, highly competent, first-class attorney who achieves excellent results for her clients and therefore I highly recommend her to anyone requiring an expert at litigation, trusts and estates.

I am so grateful for Jennifer Grant. My sister and I hired her for a complicated guardianship/Power of Attorney issue arising for my elderly aunt with dementia. Her sister who had been neglecting her filed for guardianship, but we had Power of Attorney. It was an unfortunate and ugly family situation. Jennifer handled it very gracefully. She was able to get the case settled so we avoided a hearing/trial and ultimately a formal guardianship. She is extremely trustworthy and was always available to discuss the matter. Jennifer always sought to save us money and go for the best, most efficient solution while letting us know all the possibilities. She knows when to apply pressure to opposing counsel and is a superior negotiator. Lastly, she is an awesome person who was a pleasure to work with.
