We suffered heavy loss from hurricane Ian. After a lowball offer from our insurance company we hired a Personal Adjuster to advocate our case. Some time after that, our insurance company went into receivership and our PA suggested legal action, recommending a firm to contact. After researching multiple legal firms dealing with hurricane losses, I contacted the recommended firm (firm A) as well as Wites & Rogers. I was impressed with both firms according to their websites and requested information from both. Marc Wites personally returned my email within two hours of my email request. A representative from firm A contacted me two days later at dinner time. Over a span of 7 days I sent Marc three more emails, each with numerous questions about the process, the costs, the time frame, the prognosis, etc. Marc answered each question (seventeen in total) with clear, succinct answers within two hours of my emails. His grasp of my situation was impressive and his desire to give me answers without insisting that I would have to agree to a retainer for his advice was unexpected and truly impressive. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the start to the finish of our negotiation.
