Matthew did an excellent job for us recently. We were sued by a tenant because we kept their deposit for damages. It was ridiculous it went as far as it did, and of course we won, but even as petty as the situation was, he treated it like it was the most important thing he was working on and kept us cool, calm and collected. Thank you, Matthew!

Had a consultation call in regards to some issues with a lease and Matthew not only was immediately responsive, but spent over an hour with us consulting and giving us extremely valuable information. I was contacted by Mr Morton last September about my mother's estate.I received a letter through FedEx. The letter stated that he had found three bank accounts. He told me to sign the paper and send it back to him and my brother and I would split the money. I sent two emails back telling him I wanted to see the three balances on the three bank letter head's. Mr. Morton never contacted me back after the two emails and two phone calls. My mother passed away in April of 2022.I find this very suspicious. In my opinion he is not being honest or being truthful. I highly recommend not to use his firm.
