I was to be deposed regarding a case that I was party to. It was great to have M. Morton walk me through prep and what I was required, by law, to do (and not extra and what I could try to say no to). Even in something where I was neither plaintive nor defendant it definitely seemed like the system was trying to get me. Was great to have knowledgeable representation and a good person on my side.

Matthew is very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to our estate planning. He asked us the right questions, the ones we had not thought of to give the best information on making sure all aspects of our estate planning are covered – from financial accounts to real estate to wills to trusts and medical documents insuring that we have everything in place when it is needed.
