I am so thankful with the Rosenfelt Family Law Firm for responding in a professional way resolving me a legal matter within a very short time of my request. Attorney Bill Rosenfelt exceed my expectations in quality and good value.

He was very easy to talk to about what I wanted, and helped me understand every step of everything. I was helped a lot during my situation.

Mr. Rosenfelt was great through-out the whole divorce process. It was a long and difficult road, but he was there the whole way to guide me through it. He helped me understand the process and was always there to answer any questions I had.

There were many reasons I liked working with Bill, but I’m going to point out the top 3 - 1. He was always available for me, didn’t hesitate whether it was early morning at 6am or the weekend. Adjusted his schedule accordingly to discuss and guided me to the right direction. 2. He was upfront about his charges and told me what would be the best approach save money on legal counsel fees. Not many attorneys will do that for their clients. 3. Extremely fast on legal processes and filing. My Dissolution of marriage took only a month! If you are looking for an attorney who would make time for you, advice you throughout the way and want a speedy resolution, then Bill should be your first consideration.

My experience with Rosenfelt Family Law I had recently been divorced not even a year yet. I was issued a Summons to modify the Parental Plan, visitations, responsibility, and Time-Share, not sure in which direction to go, I really didn’t want to do it on my own and wanted to retain a lawyer. I called Rosenfelt Family Law for a consultation I am glad I did. Even though I did not retain Mr. Rosenfelt , I would defiantly refer him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable in his practice. He is fair and very honest. Mr. Rosenfelt would rather you and the other party try and mediate the issue first before taking it to the next level. What I got out of the consultation was the confidence and the know how to do this on my own without Mr. Rosenfelt representing me. Mr. Rosenfelt understands what families are going through when a divorce is the only option left. I really appreciate the advice and time in the consultation we had. William is a knowledgeable professional, always ready to answer questions you may have or questions you don't know to ask, and if he doesn't have the answers immediately gets them for you. He goes out of his way to understand your situation and guide you through the processes of divorce, be they legal or personal(IE coping) and from his copious experience it seems there is little he hasn't seen making it easier for a smooth transition and process. He lets you know what's a good idea, a bad idea, and especially if you know little about the legal system, explains in layman's terms why something is a good or bad idea(or, if in a grey area, possible outcomes/consequences of said idea). He has high availability to his clients and keeps his focus on your goals and what it takes to move them forward. Highly recommended for folks looking for a near seamless(as it can get in a divorce, anyway) transition.

I met with a few lawyers before deciding on working with Bill. I have no regrets. I had an uncontested divorce and he was able to help deliver a proposal to my ex very quickly and got final judgement in record time. He knew the urgency at which we wanted to wrap up divorce proceedings and he did everything to minimize the back and forth. Divorce after a 15-year marriage is hard enough and he made the whole process feel very easy. He was very responsive and never hesitated to answer my questions quickly and accurately. I would recommend him to anyone that needed to hire a great family lawyer.

Mr. Rosenfelt is very well versed in all aspects of family law. He is extremely responsive with any questions and concerns that may arise at any given moment. It is very apparent that he cares about myself and my children. It isn’t very hard to see that he loves what he does and excels at it. If you want someone to protect, guide you and respect your wishes he certainly is the lawyer to hire! I can’t say enough about him and I am blessed and thankful for his hard work and dedication.
