Bill represented me in my divorce. He and Marlo were so kind, which was much needed during that time, but he was also extremely professional and precise. Bill got me divorced when time was of the essence. He always kept me updated and informed on what was going on; and I mean within minutes of the update. I also noticed that I would have the most recent information, whereas my ex was still several days behind on the most recent information. He and Marlo’s attention to detail was integral in the positive outcome of my case. I highly recommend Rosenfelt family law!

Patience and understanding is everything you could hope for when you find yourself in need of an attorney, but I was met with so much more from Mr. Rosenfelt and his wife, Marlo. My court case took every bit of six months, and during that stressful time, I needed someone who knew what they were doing, but would also go about it the right way. Mr. Rosenfelt operates with realistic goals and a fair approach which is refreshing. He remained consistent with thoroughness and his professionalism throughout my case. Being involved in a court case or needing an attorney is admittedly not in my wheelhouse, so I had questions about the process. Mr. Rosenfelt was quick to answer those questions, and I was never made to feel like I was bothering him. From start to finish, I felt the process was easy for the most part, but I give that credit to Mr. Rosenfelt for making it that way. Rosenfelt Family Law were extremely helpful in creating my Post Marital Agreement contract. There are many different way to handle the dissolution of a marraige, every scenario is different and everyone has there reason for how quickly or slowly they want the dissolution go. I recently met with Bill Rosenfelt regarding some language in my parenting plan. He was very accommodating, agreeing to meet me on a Saturday and then accepting my last minute cancellation because my son got sick and meeting me the following Saturday. When we met for the consultation he was down to earth and communicated various view points and gave me actual suggestions for a co-parenting coordinator instead of just telling me to google it like some other law firms suggested. I found Bill on Google and boy was he a God sent! I had talked to different lawyers and they all felt disconnected and I could never get through to them. I called Bill and he actually answered his phone! it kinda threw me off bc I was expecting a secretary and a "we will call you back". He was always quick to answer all my questions by texts/calls/emails! Marlo his wife was also so helpful with filling out all the necessary paperwork that seemed overwhelming but she put it in easy terms. Through this whole process he kept it real. He never over promised and told it like it is in a very kind manner. He always heard me out and my concerns. He suggested the best mediator for our case. During mediation, it went on forever (other side) and he kept me calm and kept me thinking on the positives. It didn't go quite how I had expected but he made sure I was covered and it was fair on my end. He had my back. I am so glad he was on my side representing me and coming to an agreement with my ex husband without going to trial. I got my divorced finalized within a week! I can't recommend him enough! He is a professional that you can tell really cares about his clients and you aren't just another divorce for him.
