During one of the most difficult times that my family has ever faced, Mr. Krause and his assistant Lauren were a godsend. He immediately addressed our concerns and went above and beyond to provide us with accurate information and the necessary legal documents we required. Mitchel Krause is one of the best attorneys in the state of Florida. if there is anyone you want to be standing by your side it is Mitch. Mitch will make sure you are treated with the upmost respect and fights to the end with all he has. He is hands on from the beginning and until the end and even after. He has an amazing assistant Lauren she works just as hard as he does, and she listens not like other attorney assistants that tell you I will call you back just not to listen. Mitchel Krause is a phenomenal attorney. Mitchel Krause DOMINANTED the court room! My ex-wife took me to court to dispute the divorce decree from over ten years ago. She did not have documentation and wanted me to produce something (the same documents) that did not exist. I received a court subpoena from her attorney. They sought attorney's and court fees and wanted to hold me in "contempt of court" (Not her right). Mitchel Krause tried to settle out of court, but she refused - it cost her. Mitchel Krause found many problems with the case/procedural filings. We had a hearing about three weeks ago and the judge denied the motion for attorney's and court fees from her attorney and the charge of "contempt of court" was thrown out. Mitchel Krause is extremely thorough (he even hit the most minute details - such as when my ex-wife's attorney want to use or submit a document to the court, if it had been highlight or underlined, he called it out and the judge would not accept it!) and quite professional. He was in constant contact with me and did everything to protect me. I will definitely utilize his services next time if needed. I highly recommend using Mitchel Krause if you need his services. I am writing to recommend Mitchel Krause if you are in need of a hands on and aggressive divorce attorney. Although my divorce was not a high dollar divorce or an overly complicated one, I absolutely needed what I was entitled to after a long term marriage. I knew better than anyone what I was facing by filing for divorce from my husband and I immediately felt at ease after my initial meeting with Mitch. He always had an answe"what-if" questions that came up during the process and he was able to get ahead some very important issues that I had anticipated would be problematic. There is absolutely no substitute for an EXPERIENCED and aggressive attorney.

Mitch is a phenomenal attorney. We had to fire our previous attorney for messing up our case. We had to dropped the case against the defendants because we had no cause of action. The defendants attorney sought Attorney's Fees of $8800. Mitch jumped in and within 3 hours found many problems with the case/procedural filings. We had a hearing last week and the judge denied the motion for attorney's fees from the defendants. Mitch is extremely thorough and professional. I hired this attorney for my divorce and child custody case, worst decision ever made. $8000.00 later had to hire another attorney. Mitchel was unresponsive to me and the opposite party's attorney, he dragged my case for 10 months. When hired another attorney the case was closed within two months. He went for mediation with me and was clueless about my case, I did not feel comfortable having Mitchel as my attorney and so had to hire someone else. I would not recommend this attorney to any one. Waste of time and money.

I have used Mitch for years, I have sent my friends to him, he handles criminial, civil, plus he will do business matters. He saved my girlfriends life, as well as a few other people I know. He is in the top 5 in Orlando, his prices are very fair.
