Unprofessional ... requested a consult and though we never met , he got short on the phone and became belligerent when I stated I had very little money to pay upfront

Ole Dennis took a lot of money (6 figures) and did nothing for it. Promises you the world but can't make any guarantees. A very disloyal person that leaves his client high and dry after he put the client in the vulnerable and back stabbing positions. A very lazy person that hopefully has retired. But if this greedy character hasn't retired I very strongly suggest that he not be hired for any legal work, if you do, you'll definitely be sorry.
