Difficulty reaching the firm and getting a timely response
“A little frustrating to get a hold of someone. We went on their website to look for contact information and a box kept popping up that said enter your information with the reason for your inquiry and someone from the office will reach out to you. We got a notification that it was sent, but we haven't heard back from them.”

Concerns about the lawyer's ethics and potential conflicts of interest
“If I could give him negative stars i would, he is very cocky and rude. Lauren leaves you on hold and doesn't do her job plus has family problems of her own, and puts you down for yours. They take your money then withdraw from your case leaving you to the wolves. Not to mention all the cons with him giving money to his wife's campaign. He has several bar complaints.”
