In 2017, my financial advisor recommended that my parents and I meet with Adria to address our Estate Planning needs: Last Will & Testament, Health Care Surrogate & Advance Directive, Durable Power of Attorney, Life Estate Deed, etc. And in 2023, when my mom's health took a turn for the worse, I retained Adria to assist me in making my mom eligible for the Nursing Home Medicaid program. I couldn't have gone down that road alone, and I'm very grateful to her for the services she provided our family.

This law firm (Adria Beenhakker Dickey, Attorney) has been a blessing to work with. During a very difficult time in my life, after losing my sister and brother-in-law within 11months of each other. Adria (lawyer) and Tiffany (Parallegal) worked through years of paperwork, taxes, small business issues, and much more to settle this estate. They have done an amazing job and are more than fair! I wish that I could have them take care of my estate. Unfortunately, I live in Maryland and this firm only does work for Florida residents.
