Howard Merricks represented me for an accident. I was really pleased with the whole process and thought my settlement was more than fair. My questions were always answered in a timely fashion and the office staff was great to work with. I hope I'm never in another accident, but if I am, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mr. Merricks again.

unresponsive and arrogant. Did not look out for the best interest of the client. Once he collected his fee from the settlement did not care about finishing the case or negotiating the medical bills. Supposedly was in contact with and working with providers but providers sent bills to collections.
