Attorney Butash and his staff took diligent care of my case from beginning to end. Would totally recommend.

Aweful experience aweful lawyer!!!! His favorite phrase was "let's wait and see what happens" so we fought back and asked him to do his job and his response was to dismissed himself from our case. He was NEVER avaliable or in the office. He mever returned phone calls or emails and in face missed several phone appointments with no explanation or apology. When we went to court after 3 years of no results he didn't even have an opening statement and we got screwed. He has done the absolute bare minimum for our case and because of that we still have yet to be able to have any significant relationship with my husband's daughter.

Absolutely the worst attorney to hire. He collected OVER $10,000 and he never did a thing. Never filed my papers or the judges granted orders but withdrew and withheld my paperwork for over a year while steadily collecting his money from a single mother who NEVER received childsupport and when granted, Donovan Never Filed, but he took his $250 payments from an unemployed single mother and left her and the children to struggle even more financially for 12 months.
