I pointed out to like four years Mr. Butash got me 13 mos. w/credit for time-served.Best $ ever spent. You can't put a price on freedom. Always returns calls too.5 stars at least!

Mike Butash is an excellent attorney and his paralegal Carmen is great to work with.

I had the pleasure of having Mike Butash handle my case I was very nervous and scared and he made me feel at ease.He was perfect he showed up on time for court.I would recommend him to anyone if they want an a plus Attorney.And I would hire him again but I hope I will never need to.

I retained Mr. Butash to assist my son in a car accident case in Pasco County. We had tons of question and frankly were nervous about the whole process. Mr. Butash and his staff were amazingly helpful throughout the process and took their time to explain everything that was happening. Got served a temporary Injunction Tuesday evening after hours for a case being heard Thursday morning. Attorneys called back first thing in the morning Wednesday, arrived to court early the next day well prepared, did an excellent job of representing me, and getting the Injunction dismissed. Hopefully won't need to, but will be my first call if I require further legal representation in FL.

If I could leave Less than one star I would. My fiancé has been dealing with custody of his child. His ex filed for a temporary motion for relief and going in, the attorney did nothing to find out what it was about. He asked for the documents for the child’s mother’s work schedule and her income from Butash & Donovan when he was our attorney, the new attorney we have hired says there is no record of that ever being asked for (he pulled up court tecords and showed us). That was requested more than once. Around $6-7k paid and literally nothing has been done. There was no warning of the retainer was running out. There was no mention of being charged $10 per email (one sentence emails mind you). You would think for $300 per hour, we would need nothing further, yet here we are hiring another attorney to get the job done. They even went to mediation and spent hours there. It’s still not complete. When I called To address the payment issues, I was spoken to very rudely by Mr. Butash, and told he would no longer “deal with me” even though I had approval from my fiancé to discuss the case as well as I had been to the in person appointments. He was very unprofessional! My fiancé actually had to intervein the phone call to calm Mike Butash, when all I was Doing was inquiring about the bill. Sean Donovan was respectful and seemed knowledgeable but Mike and the staff were very unprofessional and rude. No one seemed to be on the same page. I do not recommend this law firm or anyone in it.

Attorneys Michael Butash and Sean Donovan are great. They both are previous state attorneys so they can give honest assessments of potential case outcomes. These attorneys are highly recommend.
