Unprofessional, Excuse after excuse From the beginning my case I felt like it was on the back burner. Lawyer wanted wanted to go to trial because they said they couldn’t get a hold of my employer. I then put the case on hold, as I wasn’t sure about having a public record. I called back to ask if we could file the paperwork to continue case, and was told they can’t take on any more clients……

I submitted A employer discrimination intake form to this law firm and they read it only to not pick up the work from their end and deny my request DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

The firm was able to assess the merits of the case quickly. Ms. McMahon has clear knowledge of employment law and was able to determine how to present the argument with direct reference to statutes. She was also unwavering during negotiations with opposing council. The firm has integrity to present fact-based arguments rather than emotional and personal attacks. She was also patient with questions and was willing to revisit points and documentation for better understanding. Ms. Matulewicz was also very responsive to email and phone calls for case-related administration. I recommend the firm for employment law inquiries.
