Successful case outcomes and client satisfaction
“If you're debating on a law firm look no further these are not only team of experts but they treat you like a human being and specifically tailor to your situation. The Troum Law Firm saved me and changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful to Mark, Julie and team.”
5
Compassionate and caring approach
“Although my case ultimately was dismissed and moved to Georgia I can not say enough nice things about Mr. Troum and his staff, especially Julie, the firm manager. From the very beginning he and his staff were very transparent and their communication and advocacy for me, their client was phenomenal.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent service quality and communication issues
“Terrible service. The "manager" hated that I needed multiple options for dates (I'm sorry I have to work and don't have endless availability). As soon as I was able to pick a date and time where the lawyer and I were available, I booked it however due to an emergency, I asked to be rescheduled after I sort out the emergency.”
2
Potential lack of attention for non-clients
“Although Lytle and Barszcz was not able to take our case at this time, David Barszcz did advise us in the steps that we needed to take care of for our handicapped son Michael who was wrongfully terminated from a job he held for 19+ years for an unwaranted reason.”
