Lack of communication and unprofessional. I got tired handling discussions and dealing with paperwork with Wells Fargo’s, home equity loan personnel, my husband and I, decided to hire Justin Clark law firm to fight our battle. They did nothing different then what I had previously done. We cannot tell you how many times we scheduled an appt. through Justin Clark’s”s paralegal, Candice Medina and Justin Clark was NEVER available, he was always in “court”, what’s worse, we would not even get a courtesy cancellation call. I have over 30 years of experience working with attorney’s, Justin Clark does not come near of having the professionalism, honesty and integrity of the attorneys I’ve work with. Please don’t hire this law firm they will take your money and resolve nothing. I no longer had them represent us, and settled with the bank on our own. Lesson learned. I wish I could say something good but my experience was hurtful and the attorney, Justin Clark knew it, because I expressed it to him several times in my emails. Pray no one gets deceived and Justin Clark does the right thing. There’s a God that sees everything and knows very well our hearts. Highly recommend. The entire staff all highly professional, all working together as a team. Very thorough especially Mr. Wayne Spivak. Questions I had were short and to the point, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Very easy to navigate through the process. I learned a lot as well. Important to gather all your data and keep it handy for references.They follow all proper legal guidelines as to what is needed. I had researched other places and I went with this firm. Cost effective wise they were THE best regardless of which route you went for your case.

Years ago my spouse and I purchased property in a community that appeared pristinely maintained, beautifully surrounded by a golf course and nature preserve behind a guarded gate. Compliments of the HOA powers that be, progressively, life became a nightmare beyond comprehension. Strong arm intimidation at its best by adult bullies at their worst. My boyfriend & i had set up a consultation with Mr. Justin for today. He never answered or called back when we called during the scheduled time for the phone appointment. Both me and my boyfriend left reviews about his Unresponsiveness and our experience with him and he's claiming that our reviews are fake and are getting them taken down to hide his unwillingness to work. its actually really funny how he can reply to my reviews so quickly and get them taken down but cant return a phone call. I suggest choosing a different law firm that actually prioritizes its clients. Mr. Justin take my advice instead of trying to put us on the back burner how about you own up to your mistake and rectify it in a professional manner. Also you can keep deleting my review all you want. I'm going to repost it every time. Thanks for nothing.

Candice Medina was so good at keeping me informed as my case progressed. It was part of a class action suit and took 3 years to resolve. After 20 years of dealing with this albatross I’m finally free! Thank you Candice and Justin ❤️
