Justin Clark and his team are Amazing. They went to bat for me and won. I was a victim of a deliberate and nasty goverment scam for about 27 years, so this case was quite a battle. I'm still in shock that this turned out totally in my favor. This was a class action with a 99% rejection rate. Justin somehow put me in the 1%. I am BEYOND grateful. Feels like magic!

I was referred to Justin Clark and Associates regarding a dispute. I had a free consultation with one of their Paralegal's Micah on May 8, 2023 and received a follow-up email on May 9 from Micah regarding the free consultation with inaccurate information. I responded to Micah's email on May 16 then followed up on May 23 and June 12 all in 2023 regarding our free consultation conversation. Justin was copied on the emails to Micah on May 23 and June 12. Neither Justin or Micah felt the need to respond to any of my emails. It seems this law firm is more concerned with other things than responding to potential client emails. I would not recommend them to anyone due to the poor communication skills.

Justin Clark’s team helped get my student loan debt forgiven through the public service program. I was unsuccessful getting it forgiven on my own but the team I worked with made it happen and I am eternally grateful.

Kristi who is a litigation paralegal helped to settle my case for me. She took my call and really listened to my needs and acted accordingly. She did a better job than any lawyer could do and she deserves recognition for her work being a true asset to this firm. Truthfully this case should have been dismissed with prejudice in my opinion due to the original apposing counsels lack of response to my case, but be that as it may, Kristi settled this case for several thousand less than what I owed.
