I reached out to them in Nov 2020 after my accident. They took my case & sent one of their reps to my job So I wouldn't really miss more time off work. They were very prompt with returning my calls and answering my questions. An during the pandemic they accommodated me well so I would not have to take a trip into their office. Ken is the best at what he does! Any questions I had he was there to answer with a quick call on his personal cell. Explained things things so you don’t have to have a law degree to understand. Unfortunately I got into another accident people now a days people just cannot drive but thanks to Ken and Ms. Sanja they did a great job again with my case and getting me the best results I would recommend them to anyone at any time they are a very very close friend of the family to me because they treated me like family.
