I want to thank everyone at Cohen Law Group for the excellent work on my Insurance claim. Especially Thomas Renda , TJ for all his hard work . He explained every step of the process he and Cohen Law would be taking to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend their Law firm to my family and friends. My lawyer did not follow my instructions to send the case for trial, she kept calling me to close the case and accept the payment for the roof repair, which was less than half the actual cost to repair the roof so she can collect her fees. After the law firm received the check, they held the check for the roof and they didn't send it to me. I kept calling their law firm on June 15, 2023 to talk to my lawyer, but she refused to talk to me. I asked for her supervisor info, but the front desk said she can't give me the supervisor's information. I called the firm on June 16, 2023 after my lawyer promised to call me at 3:30, but she failed to do so. I was told by the secretary that the supervisor will call me, but he or she never did and failed to call me. Now the law firm took their fees from the claim money, but still holding my check and don't want to send it to me. The law firm violated their professional code of conduct and they never explained why they overcharged me for their fees. This law firm took their sweet time from Jan 2022 until present time, and they don't know how much I'm struggling with paying high hazard insurance because my insurance company dropped me. Now my roof is damaged, my insurance is high, and the law firm is holding my check that I want to use to fix my roof. Stay away from this place, it's a trap.

We were referred to the Cohen Law Group after our hail damage claim was denied by our insurance company. We received nothing less than five star service from our attorney, Weston Ehrman and his legal assistant, Monica Rendon. The entire process was explained, and we felt we were selecting a good firm. Wes was confident from day one of accepting our case. Nothing much more you can say when you are dealing with professionals who know what they are doing. We won our case! Great firm and staff to deal with from the beginning to the end.

If you are looking for a law firm for your case, have no doubt that this is the best one! Natisha Quijano and her paralegal Yudith are recommended with eyes closed. They have done an excellent job, explaining every detail of the process from start to finish. I was having a frustrating time dealing with my insurance claim and making little progress. My roofer suggested I hire Cohen Law Group, based on his prior positive experience. I was soon represented by Weston Ehrman in the Cohen Law Group's south Florida office.
