My conflict was a denied insurance claim for roof damage from a storm we had for my property in The Villages. I was referred to COHEN Law in Maitland FL and Weston Ehrman and his assistant Kristine were assigned to my case.They set up a initial call to introduce themselves and get information about the claim. They were both very easy to talk to and communication was very smooth and complete. I then sent the information requested and was kept updated on the timeline and progress of my claim. The settlement was in our favor and the insurance paid the claim. I could not be happier was the service that Weston and Kristine provided!!!!!

They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. They were professional and extremely responsive. I have read many of the preceding reviews and rather than repeat the same sentiments (which we generally agree with) I would like to summarize it this way: dealing with lawyers is never fun but dealing with Jordan Mejeur and his assistants Stephanie and Mercedes, was as a positive, painless and professional experience as we could have hoped for. Only perhaps by being able to just wave a magic wand could it have been any easier. We would unreservedly recommend Jordan and his team and would turn to them again for any future similar services.

We were introduced to Jesse Diaz, Atty by chance when we called Cohen Law Group based on a referral. How lucky we were ! Working with Cohen Law Group has been such a pleasure. Everyone is so professional.. we had to sue our insurance company because they would not pay the right amount for our roof damage. I definitely have to give a shout out to the way that our lawyer Christian Ficarelli handled everything for us... not only was he so professional he persevered and was very diligent in getting us the amount that we deserved.. as you can imagine that insurance company fought us tooth and nail and he fought back!
