I was so impressed with the way Cohen Law Group handled my case. I filed a claim with my insurance company for hail damage to my roof. The insurance company explained what they would look for and sent an adjuster. The adjuster said the damage was to small of hits. I spoke to the agent and explained he did not do what was said to me and I was not satisfied with the amount they wanted to give me. He refused to budge. I contacted the Cohen firm and they said I had a case and they would pursue legal action to get me the money I deserved. I gave them all the supporting documentation and they went to work. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were always available for any questions I had. I am glad to say I received my check today and will be able to have a new roof soon. I paid my premiums in good faith for over 30 years and then I had a claim and was treated as a stranger. Cohen represented me and treated me like family. Our involvement with Cohen Law Firm, and Matthew Wasserman began when we had a storm event February 6, 2020. Many homes had roof damage. It took many hours of dedicated service for Matthew to work out a settlement with our Insurance carrier and Apex Roofing. I am so thrilled and happy to report that the materials will be delivered June 7th and June 8th, 2021, the new roof will be installed. Throughout it all, Matthew was a rock, constantly reassuring and delivering exactly what he promised me, a new roof that only cost us the $500 deductible.
