Had a roofing company try to scam me, an insurance company denied one of my property claims, and another insurance company low balling on another claim. Decided it was time to call Will (friend and Lawyer) and Cohen Law Group. 1000% satisfied. Both claims were negotiated and we were able to replace both roofs (not with the sketchy roofing company). They were professional, communicative, explained the process, and extremely helpful. Will and his team at Cohen Law Group got us what we deserved!

John Tully, Joe Engle and team did an exceptional job of working through our insurance claim and reaching a settlement for damages done to our roof during a wind storm. They were extremely professional, had great communication throughout the process, and didn’t over burden us with information and helped make decisions clear. They handled all the coordination with the insurance company to where the process was seamless and I could remain nearly hands off. They worked efficiently and reached a settlement in a timely manner (1.5 months from the initial submittal to settlement). I would definitely recommend using them.

This review will be a little lengthy because I feel it is important to take a moment and let my experience be detailed so it may help someone else make an educated decision for the best results. I had my roof replaced approximately 3 years ago due to hurricane damage. I moved from NY 2 years prior to this so I was very new to the storm damage world. At the time I made the decision I felt appropriate for myself and family. The current situation had me in the same situation having a large amount of hail/wind damage on my "newer" roof. When I was told this I became worried as to what to do because not only was my roof just replaced a few years prior but I also recently changed homeowners insurance companies. I was recommended to call the Cohen Law Group not because my insurance company was giving me a problem but because I wanted someone who knew far more than I in the daily insurance world. I wanted a professional fighter in my corner because I know the horror stories from these situations. My first phone call was the start of a smooth painless process for me. The entire process from open to close was taken care of for me. I am forever grateful for Sean Schulz, Esq and Ashley Hobson-Garcia. This team was solid gold. Sean called me to make sure I had his cell phone number and contact information. If I even needed anything these 2 had my back 24/7. Sean is the powerhouse you want behind you. When it was first suggested that I call a lawyer I admit I thought it was overkill especially since I had not had any issues with the insurance company. I am glad in this instance I did not listen to my gut. My insurance company did NOT drop me and my claim was almost no work for me. I truly recommend the Cohen Law Group.
