Good day to all. Let me start off by saying I'm 55 years old and NEVER wrote a review on any company, good or bad. However, not telling other hard working people that there is a Lawyer who CARES authentically for them, would be a GREAT INJUSTICE. I called this Law Firm, and RIGHT from the first call, there was a comfort that I felt. I spoke first with a WOUNDERFUL young Lady, named Gabriella who was a great listener and FULL of KINDNESS.(real kindness, not that fake rehearsed one). My reason for contacting was not one that would be a great money maker for that company, but because they were driven by THEIR HEARTS, they HELPED ME. This is all the difference. After dealing with such a wounderful young lady, Gabriella, I was put in touch with a Lawyer named Gabriella , This is where I knew without a doubt, That This is the Law Firm for a Hard working NOBODY like me. She was beyond understanding, Very SMART, and Again, Her kindness and her ability to Listen with a caring Heart was NONHUMAN. It was DEVINE. Listen guys, FORGET ALL THE POPULAR SLOGANS THAT ARE PUSHED DOWN OUR THROATS . As a victim of Hurricane Michael, I was hopeful to receive a fair settlement from my insurance provider. I’d paid every huge premium in full, and on time, for 39 years. Had never filed a claim. Well, the original adjustment offered for a devastated house was—without going into detail—pathetically subpar. I was actually considering selling the house “as is”, taking the pittance of a check provided by the insurance company, and moving into a single-wide. That was truly the sole option with which I was left. Now, I’m going to be honest. I’ve never hired a lawyer for anything. Never needed to. Frankly, never wanted to. I didn’t hold folks who sued others in very high regard, nor did I hold lawyers who solicited such action in high regard. But, desperate times, and all that. So, in the aftermath of the storm, having been bombarded with television commercials by Harvey Cohen notifying viewers that CLG would be in town for a free consultation event, I decided to seek their advice. I’m so glad I did. The lawyer with whom I consulted could not have been more reassuring and confidence-inspiring. Calm. Smart. Intelligent. Compassionate. She not only knew the law, but knew people. She took as much time, if not more, connecting with me as a human being as she did explaining my rights and laying out a plan for a fair settlement. It wasn’t a “sales job”. It was, from the first instant, a genuine expression of concern for my situation, and a true desire to make things right for ME. I left with the sincere belief that I’d not just found an attorney to pry more money out of an insurance company, but had found a true ally who was committed to gaining me a fair and just resolution. I would not be yet another nameless faceless client. Not to her. In the weeks that followed, I had the pleasure to get to know other members of the team, and found each one as wonderful as the first. They were all quick to reply to my emails, always available for a phone call. My Point of Contact within the Firm has been especially helpful in keeping me informed on what needed to be done and when, in providing answers to all of my questions, and, above all, reassuring me that good people were working hard on my behalf and that things would be alright. To express all that she’s done for me, all that she MEANS to me—both as a legal professional and person, would only add thousands of words to an already overly-long review. Suffice it to say, she’s found a place in my heart that will remain forever. I’m facing a time crunch now, and am forced to end this review quickly. I’ll continue with more later, and include a few additional insights, as well as elaborate upon what I’ve already mentioned. To sum it up, CLG won me a settlement of more than seven times the amount of the original adjustment. My house can now be rebuilt. My life can now be rebuilt. All thanks to CLG. More coming...

If you have an insurance company jerking your around, this is the company to assist you in getting the money coming to you. I highly recommend them. They were dogged in pursuing my homeowners insurance company when they thought that only $3500 would suffice instead of giving me the money I needed to complete the repairs to my house. They got the money for us and we did not owe them a cent. What an awesome company! Thank you, Cohen Law Group.
