I was hit by a car walking across the street. Since I never went through anything like this, I was so lost. I had no idea what to do in terms dealing with my insurance (even though my car was not involved) and trying to understand "no fault". A close friend of mine recommended this firm to me (based on her positive experience with them) and I am SO GLAD!!! Paul Zeniewicz was my lead attorney and was so nice and helpful! He explained everything to me in layman's terms. I also dealt with directly with Isabel Arias (another awesome attorney who was extremely helpful as well) and Stephanie Sanchez (an amazing legal assistant who responded to my e-mails in a timely manner and answered additional questions that I had about various paperwork). I really feel as though I had the best people representing me. What a great team! I cannot thank them enough!

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to this office for providing such exceptional customer service. I was in need of clarification on a legal matter pertaining an inurance claim and was refered to this firm. When I called the attorneys where busy, so I was asked if I wanted to leave a number so they could call me back, it was late in the afternoon so I wasn't really expecting to get that called. About an hour later I did get that call, I don't remember her name but she was very courteous and very proffesional. She took time out of her busy schedule to help me and clarify every questions I had about my particular case and gave me very good pointers on how to proceed. When I asked how could I pay for her time she told me it was not necesary, something I was definitely not expecting! I want to say once more thank you to this firm for proiding such excellent service, I will definitely be refering you to anyone that needs help!

They make you feel comfortable and keep you informed. Cohen Battisti made me feel like part of the team, they listened to my opinion and feel like I valuable. I have recommended them to a couple people and they all have thanked me because they too were happy with the results.

As soon you step into the office, you are welcomed by very pleasant stuff. They treated me like a family member. Then I discovered how incredibly strong, experienced and knowledgeable the legal team is. Considered towards the client and aggressive towards the "other side" - that's exactly what I wanted my defense team to be like.
