Initially, our case was handled by some lawyers who did not seem to focus on our case and the process languished. However, once Dalya Zalloum took over, the tone of our contacts with the firm improved substantially. Dalya is a consumate professional who kept us up to date as the case proceeded. Ms. Zalloum was readily available to answer any question. If we had only dealt with her, the rating would have been greater than 5 stars if one was available.
