I guess they did their job of handling the head ache of insurance and injuries from my accident. Don’t believe any one when they say “it’s free” it’s not you will pay plus more from any service or help. They never closed with all my debt and left my $3000 in debt from unclaimed medical bills. They are very communicative in the beginning leave you in the dark before they close your case and are no where to be found after words. I’ve reached out numerous times once I received all these bills claiming they were never paid when in my paper work it said it was. It just wasn’t something I would want to go through again. By the end of it I felt like I could of gotten more with the amount of pain, injuries and work I missed. 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I won’t be recommending or using them again.
