I was in a desperate situation, wife having an affair without my knowledge and suddenly I receive those dreaded papers. Lori took the reigns and eased me all the way through the process to a really amazing conclusion to my 31 year relationship, 28 of which being married. I could never marry again, however, I have told all and sundry that Lori is absolutely incredible and if that bug ever bit again a 'pre-nup' done by Lori would be step number 1.

Lori Caldwell-Carr is very knowledgeable. She gave me helpful advice and guidance. She filed paperwork promptly, always kept me in the loop, and addressed any concerns I had promptly. She and her staff are friendly and accommodating. During mediation she was well prepared, having all paperwork needed to refute false claims, and substantiate my claims. The decisions were always mine to make, but with her advice I was able to make better choices than I would have without her. She literally helped me keep ten of thousands of dollars, which more than justified her fees. I have consulted Lori in an additional matter and received excellent representation again. I was recommended to her by a friend and I recommend her to my friends.

Lori is a true professional. She handled my Prenup quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend her services. She made the process simple.

Unfortunately my dissolution was one of those nightmares you read about: drawn out over several jurisdictions, several years and intersected several cases. Spending time around other attorneys has its ironic benefits, Eventually you being to figure out for all their "fluff" some lack substance and ability to methodically plod on and arrive at a meaningful destination for their client. Lori will not sell you a dream, she will give you a very real picture of your case strengths and weakness. In the end, you will find her perceived outcomes eerily accurate and upheld by her experience in both skillful negotiation and arduous litigation. And in the end I found her to be a voice for me, when sometimes I couldn't be. She was navigated my case through some tumultuous situations, to find a resolution I am grateful for. Yes, if I had to, I absolutely would hire Lori again. Let's just say, I'm really wishing I never have to. ;)
