Through the hard work, expertise, and professionalism of Neil Snyder and his team, a very favorable outcome was quickly achieved to a long-term situation - one which we honestly thought was a lost cause. A moving company had negligently mishandled (dropped) our valuable heirloom piano, significantly damaging it beyond repair. Although this was a tragic event for our family, we at least had some comfort knowing that we had insured the piano for its full value through the moving company. Although the moving company initially indicated that they “would make things right for us”, they continually made excuses for their lack of action, and after a year they totally ceased all communications with us. This was a very stressful and emotionally exhausting situation for our family. Once engaging Neil, he took the time to understand our case, explained all parts of the legal process to us, and quickly developed a set of actions. Within days of Neil executing these actions, the moving company agreed to pay the full insured value of the piano. And shortly after that, we received the funds. Neil was extremely professional and remained tenacious in pursuing our case. He is straight forward, gets down to business, and always kept us informed.
