Dan Newlin and his team really fight for their clients. My wife and I worked with Mike, he was thorough and exceeded our expectations. This is a great law firm and they come as advertised!

It started out great, I had called 3 other law offices and nobody was interested in helping me, as they never called back. Volk receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment, normal fee for consult. The attorney was very helpful, felt like my case against roofer using wrong materials on my house was strong. We discussed fees and all was good, we were going to see roofer in court if they didn't do right. The attorney invited me to call back if i had additional questions. The following week i called the office was told he was busy and would call me back. Waited an week and called again, an assistant talked to me and tried to help but wasn't able, she said she would pass along my need to talk to attorney. Never got a call back. I accept small discount on my bill from roofer as i just didn't feel any law firm was interested in helping.

Atty David Novak was in charge of my case. He, as well as as his assistant Danielle were always prompt in answering my questions. They were always attentive and respectful. They helped make my medical recovery much easier by easing my concerns and stress. I hope that I wouldn't need their services again, but I would certainly work with them if necessary!
