From the very first meeting I had with Andrew I felt he was a very sincere and honest person, along with his assistant. He was very proactive about communicating with me and making sure I stayed updated in what was going on. He was kind, compassionate, and well educated about what he does. I was in a situation where Andrew easily could have made the choice to do what will make him the most profit, but instead he put me and my best interest first and treated me like a fellow human being instead of a potential paycheck. If you are looking for an honest, real, and reliable attorney I can't recommend Andrew Pickett enough.

For many years I worked as a personal injury/medical negligence attorney in Washington, DC. Recently my elderly parents were involved in a very serious car accident. A few things about the accident led us to believe that they were not going to have a good outcome. If you have ever been in an auto accident, you know how completely overwhelming it is. This is on top of the pain you are most likely contending with. My auto accident happened on the way to celebrate my 40th birthday, which at the time I thought was enough to deal with on its own, boy was I in for a treat. Thank God all parties involved were going to be ok. The car: not so much. I knew from experience neck and back pain would gradually worsen with time, but that was all I felt knowledgeable about. I work in the insurance and finance industry, but this was a completely different world. I hated feeling uneducated and that I had to watch my back dealing with (in this case three) automobile insurance companies and multiple doctor’s offices; the last thing I wanted was to add a lawyer to the mix. I felt like I wasn’t hurt badly enough, or to be honest, I looked down at people who rushed to get a lawyer and just sue whomever they could. However, after a month of trying to deal with all of these things on my own, I learned that in order to receive what was actually rightfully mine through my own insurance, I was going to succumb. Andrew came highly recommended, and meeting with him and Vonda was the best thing I could have done. In fact, I wish I had been more educated on the process and called him sooner. Instantly I felt the proverbial weight be lifted. No longer did I have to speak with the insurance adjusters or the doctor’s offices and billing departments- I could finally focus on my healing. Andrew was obviously intelligent, also considerate and kind. I felt that he was genuine (which is extremely important to me). Vonda was extremely helpful as well. They educated me on what was happening with my case, and I no longer felt in the dark and helpless. The outcome of my case was a positive one (as much as it could be for being in an automobile accident), and I was quite pleased.
