I hired Dan Newlin law firm after my motorcycle accident. Whitney Rodriguez was assigned to my case. I have never been in the position to need a service like this. Whitney was excellent at getting me all she could. Whitney also kept me up to date on how the case was going and telling me all options I had. Working with Whitney was very stress free.

I would just like to say that Dan newlin has a fantastic team, my team was led by Michael Lantini, who was humble helpful accommodating and intelligent an attorney as I could have hoped for !! His whole office was a pleasure to be around and work with. I was injured on the job and Workman Comp stopped paying me. So I called around to different law firms. Farah and Farah were the only ones who were willing to jump into action. Everyone else wouldn’t even answer their phones or wanted to get back to me later. Immediately I started getting my checks from CNA workman’s comp again and shortly by a couple months we came to a settlement which was more than I thought I’d get. I’m very happy. I even came to a point where after settling and waiting on the check, I needed money quick or I wasn’t gonna make rent. Farah and Farah pushed for each party in the settlement to sign and made magic happen. They really hustled for me and I really appreciate that.

Should have made this review sooner but an amazing family dynamic team that changed my life

After my car accident, several people told me to call Dan Newlin. I am so glad I did. I worked with Lance Weber at the Melbourne office and all I can say is that it's the best decision I ever made. Lance was responsive and patient with all my (many, many) questions. I was informed and educated through the whole litigation process. I was never in the dark about our progress and he was clear with what my obligations were. Having people like Lance work for you means Dan Newlin earns his reputation. The case was settled months before I thought it would be and I am very happy with the outcome. Lance took what could have been a huge tragedy and made it into something I was able to work through. And he didn't let me do it alone either. I can't say enough positive things about this firm. I HOPE I never need them again, but if I do, there's no question that I'd return for help. Do yourself a favor and just call.
