From my first contact with Dan Newlin I was impressed with the courtesy and responsiveness of each person with whom I interacted. The first contact was a former policeman who understood the details of my accident, and subsequent contacts kept me clearly informed at each step of the two-year process. My case was challenging since the driver who hit me was on the clock for Orange County, limiting maximum compensation by Florida Statute. Dan Newlin's firm was required to accept a lower percentage of the claim but still worked faithfully to negotiate the best possible outcome. I had no other insurance but they found physicians willing to take my case and encouraged me to get all of the help that I needed. I especially appreciated working with Michael Lentini, the attorney who ultimately resolved my case. Given the statutory limits of my case I was astounded at the amount I ultimately netted, which I credit completely to his ability to negotiate the final bills.
