I initially went to another office for service when I had my motorcycle accident on 6/22/2021, that office refused to take my case because of how the police report was worded. I then gave Dan Newlin's office a call and they took the case right away. Lucy Collazo, from Dan Newlin's office, took the time to listen to my side and immediately believed what I was saying and actually took the time to look at the facts and not what the police report said. Dan Newlin, Lucy Collazo and the whole team are top notch. They fought the other insurance company that initially refused to accept fault. They (the other insurance company) kept pointing to what the police report said and said that I was at fault. However, "DN and crew" wouldn't accept that. They forced the insurance company to do an investigation. After that investigation, they ultimately accepted fault and was forced too pay the max! Thank you Dan Newlin. Thank you Lucy Collazo. Thank you to the whole team that worked behind the scenes.
