Finding a great Family Law Attorney when you need one is key and essential. Finding one 13 years too late is a tragedy and this is exactly what happened to me. Family Law Attorney’s in Brevard County, are a dime a dozen and many or most are incompetent or inept. I know this because I hired and fired 2 inept lawyers before I found Cheri Abraham. Cheri had to masterfully reconstruct my entire case from the beginning to end and she did an outstanding job. In 1995 I found Cheryl through her then to be future husband to assist me in a post divorce difficulty I found myself in. She represented me with integrity and grit. At the end of this episode she mentioned to me I had just gotten the best deal in legal history, she was right. Due to delays initiated by the other party Cheryl (we were on the morning schedule) was unable to keep her itinerary that day and when we left the court house the custodian followed us turning off the lights. She stayed with it through its conclusion honoring the terms we had negotiated prior to court proceedings. That sealed the deal for me she has been my attorney since. Unfortunately we found ourselves in court again with the other party over a different wrinkle and Cheryl handled it professionally as expected. If you need an attorney Cheryl is it.

Cheryl went through three office assistants from the time I was her client from Dec. through March. She spent too much time trying to train her assistant who was very incompetent. She has no para legal to help with her overloaded cases. She is a bully in that she told me "When my clients tell me how to do my job I quit". Her prices are outrageous. I definitely would not recommend her to anyone. Spend your money on someone who is competent.
